The subject of this public contract is the supply of equipment for the Brachytherapy workplace, the equipment includes an irradiation device for HDR brachytherapy, applicators, a planning system, an operating table and dosimetric equipment for brachytherapy for the needs of Motolský oncology center FN Motol. The equipment offered must be compatible with the existing oncology information system ARIA. The subject of performance also includes: (i.) Installation of all equipment and its commissioning, including verification of its functionality, execution all prescribed examinations and tests. (ii.) Performing an acceptance test of the HDR brachytherapy device, including the measurement of scattered radiation. (iii.)Instruction/training of medical personnel will be carried out by a person authorized to do so according to § 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., o medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 375/2022 Coll."). (iv.) Warranty and post-warranty service of the equipment, which will be carried out by the person authorized for this activity, based on the manufacturer's training certificate service technician.
