Amendment 00021. The purpose of this Amendment is to:? Change the RFQ deadline from 08 May 2024, 1500, CST to 16 May 2024 1500 CST.? Extend the Q and A due date to 13 May 2024 1500 CST.2. A signed copy of this Amendment and the original RFQ, dated 17 April 2024, shall be submitted with your proposal. 3. Aside from amended information listed above, all other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 00011. The purpose of this Amendment is to:Extend the RDQ deadline date out seven (7) days. Offers due date changed from 01 May2024 1500 CDT to 08 May 2024 1500 CDT2. A signed copy of this Amendment and the original RFQ, dated 17 April 2024, shall besubmitted with your proposal.3.
