MORIUS - renovation of the building in the scope of reconstruction and renovation of the interior of the facility and renovation of the roof of the MORiUS building in Gogów at ul. Norwida 5 (record no. 77, district no. 0006 Hutnik, town of Gogw). Scope of work: I. Demolition works include in particular: - demolition of part of the walls partitions, - demolition of the chimney, - dismantling of doors and frames, - cutting out door openings to the required widths, - demolishing the floor layer, - dismantling lintels in the widening places to install wider ones, - cutting or tearing off floor coverings in rooms undergoing renovation, - removal of ceramic tiles from walls and floors, - removal and disposal of waste. II. Construction and renovation works related to the interior of the facility include, among others: - renovation and reconstruction of rehabilitation and therapeutic rooms and corridors, - reconstruction of existing toilet and bathroom rooms, social room, corridor and therapeutic rooms, - completing the ceiling between the ground floor and first floor along with restoring all layers of floors and ceilings, - reconstruction of internal joinery door and replacement of windows and external doors along with the installation of lintels, - brickwork in walls, - internal plastering...
