The existing school buildings, gymnasium and Moritzli are to be repaired. Plans include, among other things, an upgrade to current fire protection requirements and an adjustment regarding obstacle clearance in accordance with SIA 500. The existing Heat generation (oil) is expected to be replaced with a geothermal probe heat pump; the planning of the replacement is part of the preliminary project.
