The subject of the public contract is the procurement of all services related to the fulfillment of the subject of the contract, including the processing of project documentation, building plan permits, including obtaining a valid joint permit, project documentation for construction including supervision of the designer and preparation of the health and safety plan by an authorized person. Fulfillment of the subject matter of the contract will be ensured using the Common Data Environment (CDE) and the processing of project documentation will be ensured using the BIM (Building Information) method Management).
