The tasks shall include all labor/supplies/equipment necessary to clean housing under a single firm fixed-price purchase order. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 effective October 1, 2025. This RFQ is a total (100%) small business set-aside, under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720, ¿Janitorial Services¿ with a size standard of $22.0 (Million). Any resulting purchase order will include commercial provisions and clauses (FAR Part 12).
