Tender Details

Tenders are invited for MOPH Corporate New Website and Intranet Portal.

Tender Bond: QR 2000000/-.

Tender Fees: QR 2000/-.

Awarded bidder is required to submit a Performance Bond amounting 10% of the value of the Contract and shall be valid for a period not less than seven (07) calendar days after the CONTRACT SCHEDULED COMPLETION DATE

MOPH has the right to increase or decrease the work/service in compliance with General Conditions of Contract by up to 20% of the Contract Sum.

Interested bidders may obtain the Tender Documents for the above mentioned Tender by taking the following steps:

BASED ON THE NEW TENDER LAW NO: 24/2015 AND THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE ANNOUNCEMENT, ALL COMPANIES MUST BE REGISTERED AND CLASSIFIED IN THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE BEFORE BUYING ANY TENDER/PRQ DOCUMENTS FROM ANY GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS

Return of a duly completed Secrecy Declaration, which is available on faxed request from the address mentioned above from the date of this advertisement. It also can be downloaded from Ministry of Public Health website (www.moph.gov.qa).

At the time of collection representatives of interested parties must provide an original letter clearly authorizing to collect the documents on behalf of the bidders and show the identity card.

Presentation of receipt for the non-refundable Tender Fees of QR.2000, to be paid with a Credit/Debit card to MOPH cashier at the Ground Floor at the address mentioned above.

Any questions or concerns regarding the Tender must be received in writing by fax no later than seven (7) days prior to closing date and the responses will be circulated to all participants.

THE TENDER BOND SHALL BE ISSUED BY A BANK REGISTERED AND OPERATING IN THE STATE OF QATAR
