The subject of the performance of the public contract within this procurement procedure is the supply of new (not refurbished) medical devices of the monitoring system for use in the anesthesiology-resuscitation department of the contracting authority. Part of the subject of performance is transport to the client's headquarters, assembly - introduction tooperation and carrying out the necessary tests for commissioning in accordance with applicable legislation, operator briefing in accordance with applicable legislation - min. range of 5 working days. The subject of the order also includes the provision of a free guarantee for quality in accordance with § 2113 et seq. Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Codeik with a duration of 24 months and free performance of periodic safety and technical inspections including professional preventive maintenance and repairs in accordance with applicable legislation and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations for the entire duration of the warranty.
