Tender Details

Social Service Time (MDT) is a program of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, in collaboration with young people, social organizations, schools, municipalities and other ministries. During this program, young people between the ages of 12 and 30 choose to to develop talents, meet new people and at the same time do something for others and/or society. In this way, the involvement of young people in society is increased. The nature of the assignment concerns all aspects data handling necessary for carrying out the ongoing monitoring study. The purpose of the assignment is to collect data about young people and projects that participate in Social Service Time (MDT). In addition to data collection, the data serves also be managed and accessed, monitored and managed, via multiple tools/files/dashboards/databases. The collected data is used to gain insight into the effects and impact of MDT.
