1. The subject of the contract is the service consisting in conducting state monitoring and water quality Underground in the Lubiatowo - Kopalino location together with dismantling unnecessary or colliding measuring devices and points as well as the implementation of additional measuring points for the project consisting in the construction of the first nuclear power plant in Poland with a maximum power of up to 3750 MWe, located in the Choczewo commune in the Pomeranian Voivodeship.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex A to the proposed contractual provisions, constituting Annex 1 to the specification of the terms of the contract.

3. The proceedings in question are conducted in an open tender procedure Pursuant to art. 132 in joke. 378 of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as: PZP Act.

4. The provisions of the Act of 29 June 2011 on preparation and implementation also apply to the subject proceedings investments in the field of nuclear energy facilities and accompanying investments (chapter 6) (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1410, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the investment act.

5. Whenever this announcement mentions the specification or SWZ - this means the specification of the terms of the contract along with attachments that constitute its integral part.

6. The Employer informs that the public procurement procedure will be conducted using the Purchasing Platform.
