Dear Sirs, TOV NOVUS UKRAINE invites you to take part in the monitoring for the purchase of services for the qualitative and quantitative assessment of the documentary display of the composition of waste for the preparation and registration of the waste declaration. 1. The subject of price monitoring Compilation and registration of a declaration on the generation of waste in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine. 2. The purpose of price monitoring is to obtain information about the market price of services and to form a pool of potential participants for further signing contract 3. Scope and content of services The following services are provided: analysis of information on the Customer's waste generation; preparation of a declaration on the generation of waste; registration of the declaration in the authorized body; provision of supporting documents on registration declarations.4. Requirements for the executor: experience in providing similar services; knowledge and compliance with the requirements of environmental legislation of Ukraine; the ability to provide services within the established time frame. 5. Requirements for a commercial proposal A commercial proposal is submitted to in an arbitrary form and must contain: the total cost of the services; the term of execution; the validity period of the offer; contact details of the executor.
