Monitoring the prices of bagged cement and construction materials in warehouses - 2026 Edition. The aim of the procedure is to carry out a survey of gross prices of selected types of cement and construction materials in wholesalers and construction warehouses throughout the country. The collected data will be used to assess market competitiveness, analyze trends in relation to previous editions and verify the availability of innovative solutions.1. Subject of the Order. The detailed description of the Subject of the Order includes the implementation of a price survey wave traditional distribution channel. We want to examine the prices of specific product groups that occur at various stages in the construction process (to ensure comparability of data with previous years). GROUP 1 - "BEGINNING OF CONSTRUCTION" Within this group interviewers should verify the gross prices and brands of the following products: Bagged cement for mortars: price of a 25 kg bag with indication of the brand (including asking about the brand/price of the second cement available in this segment). Concrete foundation block: dimensions 20x50 cm - price per piece. Ordinary (thick-layer) mortar: class M10 for concrete blocks - brand and price of a 25 kg bag. Disperbit waterproofing: asphalt-rubber mass in a 20 kg package. GROUP 2 - "FINISHING" Within this group, the following are verified: materials used in further stages of construction works: Concrete screed (floor base / cement floor): class B-20 in a 25 kg bag, with the option of asking about a screed with higher parameters (e.g. B...
