Monitoring of Electricity Supply Companies and Related Aspects - Feasibility Study.
1. Interested consultants are invited to express interest in undertaking the above
consultancy.
2. Consultants should fulfill and declare that they have met the following longlisting
criteria for their submissions to be considered further:
(i) Have relevant experience relating to the technical, environmental, energy
efficiency and conservation and financial aspects of the electricity supply
companies- operation.
(ii) Have relevant experience relating to the regulatory framework, electricity
supply market; generation, transmission and distribution aspects involved in
the development of a modern electricity supply industry.
3. Interested consultants may obtain an Electronic Invitation Package (“EIP”) for the
consultancy by contacting the above contact persons.
4. The scope of this consultancy, which is currently expected to commence in April 2022,
is indicated in the draft Brief given in Annex 1 of the EIP.
5. Attention is drawn to bidding restrictions set out in the invitation letter to be sent to
the interested consultants and relevant sections of the Guidelines attached to DEVB TC(W)
No. 5/2018.
