This RFSQ is an invitation to qualify for the provision of contracting services for Monitoring Centre Renovations at 404 Beecroft Road. All interested Respondents are invited to submit a Response for future eligibility to provide the contracting services. TPA intends to pre-qualify a limited number of General Contractors for this project. Refer to draft Architectural Drawings attached. Note that the design package is in progress and is not finalized. As part of a secondary evaluation process at a later date, a finalized multidisciplinary design package will be shared with the prequalified proponents from this RFSQ, and proponents will be asked to submit tenders for the retrofit of the existing office and systems operations centre at 95 Beecroft Road in Toronto, Ontario. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials and equipment to complete the work outlined in this section.This work is included but not limited to a complete retrofit of the second-floor office to include a new state-of-the-art control room and support offices, in addition to building envelope retrofit. The renovation is expected to be approximately 500 Square Meters within the existing building. The SOC will be supported by a data room consisting of five server racks with wall-mounted split-AC cooling.
