The purpose of this market is the purpose of the mission of monitoring and animation of a programmed operation to improve degraded condominiums:  Organization of the governance of the operation, monitoring and animation of the network of actors linked to the co -owners, partnerships and thematic working groupsIn close connection with Saint-Malo Agglomeration and the City of Saint-Malo  Unscription and support for the renovation of condominiums; Ralization of flash visits which will allow, by short intervention, to verify the compliance of the condominium to executives and the objectives pursued, as well asthat the real motivation of the co -owners. Realization of multi -criteria diagnostics carried out according to the criteria defined by the ANAH, according to the needs to determine. These diagnoses will allow a complete vision of the situation of the condominium in technical, social, financial andorganizational, and to offer evolution strategies and scenarios.  Assistant to co -owners for the assembly of their files.  Record of balance sheets in close connection with Saint-Malo agglomeration in co-piloting with the city ofSaint-Malo.
