Monitor Neonatal Hearing Screening (NGS) As part of its management task, the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the Neonatal Hearing Screening (NGS). In that context, annual national assessments are made monitors have been set up to monitor the quality and accessibility of this screening, to identify bottlenecks (in the healthcare chain), to make adjustments, but also to justify this to the client, VWS and the chain partners. This is also the target group for the monitor. The work with the current supplier will end on December 31, 2026. A new agreement for the monitoring of NGS must be put out to tender by the contracting authority. The purpose of this European tender is to conclude a service agreement with one contractor for monitoring the NGS. The intended commencement date of the agreement to be concluded is January 1, 2027. The contracting authority wishes to conclude an agreement with the contractor for an initial period of three (3) years, with an additional three (3) times an option to extend for one (1) year.
