Monitor delivery 1) The subject of the order is the delivery of a monitor - 1 piece, specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 2) The scope of the order includes: purchase and delivery of equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters, including unloading and bringing it to the indicated place by the Ordering Party. 3) Order completion date: up to 11 days from the date of receipt of the order. 4) Required minimum warranty period for equipment: 24 months. 5) Delivery address: University of Silesia in Katowice, Delivery Management Department, ul. Bankowa 14, 40-007 Katowice. 6) A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 7) Detailed terms of order execution and payment terms are included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 8) The order is implemented as part of the project titled: "JUŚt transition - The potential of the University of Silesia as the basis for the Just Transformation of the region." The project, and therefore the subject of the order, is co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 (Fund for for Just Transition), Priority X European Funds for transformation, Measure 10.25 Development of education higher education in line with the needs of the green economy, co-financing agreement no.
