Task No. 2 - Delivery of touch monitors; Task No. 1 - Delivery of monitors; 1. The subject of the order is the supply of monitors. 2. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, divided into Tasks: 1) Task No. 1 - Delivery of monitors; 2) Task No. 2 - Delivery of touch monitors. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - appropriate to the Task and Chapter XIX of the SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party requires the manufacturer, type and model of the symbol to be indicated in the Contractor's Offer assortment or other data clearly identifying the offered assortment. If the offer does not include data clearly identifying the offered product range, the Ordering Party will reject the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Act. Under the name "Manufacturer" should be understood as the name of the company under which the offered product is sold, or of the entrepreneur placing the goods on the market in the territory of the Republic of Poland. 5. The Ordering Party requires that the offered ICT products do not include: 1) ICT products indicated in recommendation referred to in Art. 34(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; 2) ICT product, the type of which was specified in the decision in regarding the recognition of the supply as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Art. 67b section 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system; Failure to meet the above requirement will result in rejection...
