Through this European public tender, the Ether Advertising Foundation (hereinafter: Ster) wishes to conclude a service agreement with one contractor to make it technically possible to generate income with digital audio for Ster. Ster is looking for a technical partner who can take care of the complete setup of hosting, serving and monitoring digital audio commercials. The assignment includes making it technically possible to play digital audio advertisements on (all) digital ones platforms. These digital platforms serve Podcasts (on-demand audio) and/or Live Audio streams (where stream start pre-rolls and mid-rolls can be distinguished from each other).
