Description :The Suburban Land Agency is seeking a Urban Design Consultant (Consultant) to provide and manage a multi-disciplinary team of suitably experienced, qualified, and skilled staff and sub-consultants for Stage 1 of Molonglo Group Centre. Stage 1 consists of two separate Subdivision Development Proposals, with this team undertaking the required Services to develop a Subdivision Development Proposal (SDP), submit a Subdivision Design Application, obtain the subsequent Development Approval and provide both Detailed Design and Construction Tender documentation for the two subdivisions within Stage 1.
