Framework project management agreement for new works projects (constructions and small extensions) and/or restructuring/renovation works - Amount of works less than 850, 000 euro(s) excluding VAT The Building division needs for some of its building operations to use the assistance of a private law project manager governed by Book IV of the Public Order Code 2019 (ex law MOP NO 85-704 of July 12, 1985). To meet this need, it uses several framework project management agreements. The latter will not, however, cover all of management's needs and only concerns operations involving a work cost of between 1 euro excluding tax and 850, 000 euros excluding tax. For operations requiring additional missions not provided for in the BPU of this framework agreement, a complete project management mission with complementary missions will be ordered outside this framework agreement. Furthermore, certain projects of the Metropolis, of the city's CCAS of Bordeaux, the city of Ambarès and Lagrave, the city of Taillan-Médoc and the city of Bordeaux can be carried out under internal project management by the buildings department.
