This Notice of Intent is provided to advise that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Priced Purchase Order with only one source, Stratton Securities Inc. The procurement is for Modular Units to act as administrative offices covering 12, 000 sq. ft. at a local Hospital. Stratton Securities Inc has already constructed the necessary modular units on site as a previous lease and the VA intends to procure them.
