"Establishment of the Biomedical Application Spectroscopy Laboratory (LBSA) as part of the modernization and expansion of the Kraków-Prokocim Medical Campus", under the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 Program, Priority 1 European funds for research and development and entrepreneurship, Measure 1.4 Research infrastructure of the science sector, Project type A. Research infrastructure of the science sector. Contract number: FEMP.01.04-IZ.00-0269/24-00-XI/57/FE/25. 2. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to to be used to finance the contract were not awarded. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order specifying the functions, technical parameters and required conditions of the subject of the order is included in Annex A to the SWZ, i.e. Functions, technical parameters and required conditions, constituting an integral part of the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires that all elements proposed by the Contractor are compatible with each other and ensure full functionality without the need for additional investments on the part of the Ordering Party.
