Quantity of One (1) Modified 40ft x 8ft shipping container Name Brand (Conex) or Equal to be delivered to the USDA, APHIS, Wildlife Services Guam Program and installed on a concrete pad with electrical hookup at the WS state office on Guam.
Specifications required:
40ft HC Steel New-Container (Modified)
New 40ft shipping container
Preparation of delivery site/pad for Conex
Concrete pad is in place, but may need refurbishing
Typhoon-rated tie-down strapping/anchoring with installation
All exterior surfaces painted and finished with exterior paint formulated to reduce corrosion
Silicone roof coating
Three (3) 3' x 3' windows with accordion-style typhoon shutters

Two (2) aluminum exterior doors
