This is a notice of intent for the defense information systems agency (disa), fort meade, maryland. Disa intends to negotiate a level of effort (loe) increase modification action with unitech consulting llc, dba chameleon integrated services at 3207 washington ave., st. Louis, mo 63103, for information technology (it) support. This modification will be issued under the current disanet task order 0002 for contract hc1047-13-d-4003. These services are required to add three survey teams and three integration teams to complete the migration of the six 4th estate agencies identified in the performance work statement (pws) and their networks. The period of performance (pop) is for march-august, 2019. During this pop, disa will visit and survey the 4th estate agencies identified in section 8.1 of the pws to establish processes, and perform data driven analysis to design and integrate the fourth estate network. The commodity it work is to support the network, infrastructure, applications, tools, and processes necessary to support the day-to-day administrative functions of the organization. This includes but is not limited to voice/video/data circuits, internet access point (iap) connectivity, security stacks, network operations, business systems, identity management, directory services, collaboration tools, email, service desk, trouble ticketing, endpoints, cybersecurity service provider (cssp), capacity management, service level management, cybersecurity management, supply chain risk management, asset management, knowledge management, configuration management, validation and testing, and request fulfillment. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
