The object of the contract is the purchase of Services for making changes in the existing SCADA/DMS systems and their interfacing via ESB with the existing or currently being implemented IT applications, the purchase procedure to be carried out in 3 lots:
- Lot 1- DEER operational areaNorthern Transylvania - Modification services in the existing operational systems in the TN operational area for interfacing with ESB;
- Lot 2- DEER operational area Southern Transilvania - Modification services in the existing operational systems in the TS operational area for interfacing with ESB;
- Lot3- DEER Muntenia Nord operational area - Modification services in the existing operational systems in the MN operational area for interfacing with ESB.
The benefits expected to be brought by the acquisitions are the results of the Cost-Benefit analyzes related to the Feasibility studies for the followingprojects carried out with European funds:
- TN area-Implementation of an Intelligent Electricity Distribution System, in a homogeneous area in the Rogerius neighborhood, Oradea municipality, Bihor county;
- MN Area-Implementation of an intelligent distribution system, in a homogeneous area of energy consumerselectricity from the districts of Țiglina 1, 2, MICRO 16 (Țiglina 3), MICRO 17 (Țiglina 4), from the Municipality of Galați, County of Galați; from Targu Mureș Municipality, Jud. Mureș.
