Modification, updating and uploading of the visual and audio
passenger information, schedule database and audio material built in the areas of the Budapest, Debrecen, Miskolc, Pecs, Szeged, and Szombathely Regional Directorates, based on case-by-case orders.
1. part: Schauer PIS-GBE, PIS3-KOeFI, stations using PIS-GBE-TTS equipment (at 28 major hubs) update audio information for passengers, all possible activities defined in the evaluation criteria in addition to the basic fee fixed in the BT-733 rubric (e.g. charging, creating a train line, extraordinary studioeny, etc.) considered as a single occasion, excluding software modification, planned, approximately: 25, 000 occasions.
Software modification: 650 occasions, taking into account the available budget.
The stated quantity is the planned quantity.
The tenderer undertakes to draw 70% of the budgetet.
2. part: Stations using Digiton equipment manufactured by Hungarobyte (9 pcs.
mainly at main hubs) update of audio passenger information material in the evaluation criteria
all possible activities specified in addition to the basic fee recorded in the rubric BT-733 (e.g. charging, trainr creation, extraordinary studio demand, etc.) considered as one occasion, excluding software modification, planned, approximately: 500 occasions.
Software modification: 5 occasions, taking into account the available budget.
