Tender Details

1.The subject of the order is:

1.1. ensuring the extension of the SAS software license in accordance with the table indicated in point 3.1.1 of the SWZ, for the production and test environment for the period from February 1, 2026 to January 31, 2029 in order to ensure business continuity for analytical solutions for risk modeling financial and work tools in SAS 4GL and SQL languages ​​as well as enabling low-code analyses;

1.2. modernization of the System owned by the Ordering Party to the latest version of the Software operating in the on-premise environment, including license migration and data migration and processes referred to in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, enabling the simultaneous work of at least 60 data analysts, together with

with the provision of working tools in Python;

1.3. ensuring the manufacturer's technical support for the Software license for the period referred to in point 1.1;

1.4.assurance workshops accredited by the Software manufacturer for users in accordance with the intended training program of the Software manufacturer;
