1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works entitled: Modernization of the ZZM warehouse at ul. Kociuszki 138 in Katowice2. Two tasks will be carried out as part of the subject of the order, i.e.: 1) related to the investment elements specified in the Decision construction permit RBDEC 0323/2026 of June 3, 2026 and Certificate RBZ-0899/2026 of May 28, 2026, 2) renovation works that do not require notification or application for building permits. The scope of investment and renovation works has been separated in the bill of quantities as Chapter 1 and Chapter 2.3.
