Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is a construction work entitled: "Modernization works in hospital wards, including equipment for treatment rooms", in accordance with the Functional and Utility Program constituting [Appendix No. 1 to SWZ]. 2. As planned the contractor will be responsible for: - development of as-built design documentation for the scope along with the necessary technical infrastructure, 3.The study should include: - Preparation of a task implementation schedule, material schedule financial; - Taking into account accessibility standards for hospitals available at the link below: https://www.gov.pl/web/zdrowie/standardy-dostepnosci The ordering party requires the contractor of the design work to consult and agree on the subject proposed solutions. 4.Construction works will include reconstruction in the scope of: - Construction and construction; - Sanitary and heating installations, fire protection (including equipping the facility with fire equipment); - Ventilation and air conditioning installations; - Installation gazów medycznych; - Electrical and low-current installations (including fire alarm systems); The Contractor will carry out all construction works without causing any disruption to the operation of the hospital - access to the reconstruction covered by the order will only be possible from the outside.
