This consultation concerns: the work to modernize the heating installations at the Jules Ferry College in Hyères Preparing the college for a future connection to a heating network (the studies are underway for the end of the studies in July 2027). The future heating network will serve the hospital, the golf hotel high school and housing in the area. The services fall under category 3 within the meaning of the Labor Code. The operation is subject to declaration of works. The description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the specific technical clauses (C.C.T.P.) The holder is deemed to know all the legislative and regulatory provisions relating to the safety of the construction site and the health of the workers who can apply to the above-mentioned operation.
