The description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. Submission of the offer must be preceded by an on-site visit. From the anus a report will be prepared of the on-site visit, which will constitute confirmation of the on-site visit. If the Contractor submits an offer without conducting an on-site visit, it will be rejected pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 18 of the Public Procurement Law. Ordering Party sets two dates for the on-site visit: March 24, 2026 (Tuesday), 11:00 a.m., and March 26, 2026 (Thursday), 11:00 a.m. Meeting point: Law Firm - GROUND FLOOR. The contractor intending to take part in the on-site visit is obliged to send via: Purchasing Platform (in accordance with point 10.5 of the SWZ), application for participation in the on-site visit, providing the name of the company and the name and surname of the person who will take part in the on-site visit. People who come for an on-site visit are required to have a document with them identity. The Ordering Party informs that during the on-site visit he will not answer questions regarding the content of the SWZ or the terms of the order.
