Replacement of hydrant nodes in the Fajsławice commune Construction of measurement chambers on the existing water supply network along with the delivery and installation of a UV device for water disinfection for the Ksawerówka pumping station The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: "Modernization of the water supply network in the Fajsławice Commune." 1. The scope of the order includes in particular the replacement of 207 hydrant nodes in the existing water supply network in the towns: Bielecha, Boniewo, Dziecinin, Fajsławice, Ignasin, Kosnowiec, Ksawerówka, Marysin, Siedliska I, Siedliska II, Suchodoły, Wola ldzikowska. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ, which consists of the following documents: 1) Design documentation, including: DESIGN TECHNICAL, entitled Replacement of hydrant nodes carried out as part of the task "Modernization of the water supply network in the Fajsławice commune", 2) Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWIORB), 3) Bill of quantities. Due to the fact that the Contractor's remuneration indicated in the offer will be a lump sum. When pricing the offer, the Contractor should rely on the scope indicated in the design documentation referred to in point 4.3.1) and STWIORB. The bill of quantities is of an auxiliary nature. The occurrence, during the execution of the contract, of works not included in the bill of quantities or works in a larger quantity than accepted in the bill of quantities will not entitle the Contractor to demand additional remuneration - if...
