4.1. The subject of the order is to prepare a design and obtain the necessary decisions, opinions and permits, including a decision on a building permit or notification of the intention to perform construction works (if required) and to perform construction works related to modernization of the water intake in Gorzkowice. ATTENTION! The obligation to obtain a decision on the permit to use the facility (if applicable) rests with the Ordering Party. The Contractor is obliged to prepare and provide the Ordering Party with complete documentation necessary for the Ordering Party submits an application for an occupancy permit decision, in accordance with the requirements arising from the Act of July 7, 1994, Construction Law and implementing regulations. The documentation provided must be consistent with the actual situation and applicable regulations and enables the Ordering Party to submit an application for an occupancy permit. If the Ordering Party is requested by the competent authority to supplement the documentation remaining with the Contractor, the Contractor is obliged, within indicated by the Ordering Party, to prepare and submit appropriate explanations, documents or supplements, without the right to additional remuneration...
