The subject of the public contract is the construction of a digital warning and information system for the statutory town of Jablonec nad Nisou, providing basic sounding for the entire statutory town, including the construction of new level gauges and the digitization of existing level gauges for early warning of residents. Furthermore, the subject of the public contract is the supply of weather stations and web cameras with image transmission using LTE. The intention of the contracting authority is to build a warning and information system in such a way that it is possible to predict the relevant indicators of danger resulting from raising the water level on local streams and warning the population at risk in the event of an emergency, thereby reducing material damage and protecting the health and lives of residents. The system will sound the entire subject area with the help of acoustic wireless units, which are used to transmit warning information to residents in the event of a flood threat.
