Modernization of existing garage buildings located on plots 43/4; 43/11 within area 4 of the city of Biskupiec, in accordance with the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works and project documentation attached to the SWZ. The order is not divided into parts. Dividing the order into parts would be unjustified for economic and organizational reasons and due to the principles of construction practice. Two or more Contractors on the same construction site or in close proximity to each other would disorganize the work of each of them and cause occurrence of collisions, logistical problems (e.g. building and using temporary facilities, transporting heavy equipment, maneuvering heavy equipment), which would negatively impact the execution of the order.
