The subject of the order is the renovation and reconstruction of the existing fire station rooms. The building being renovated and rebuilt is located in Kurzelów, ul. Kielecka 21, Woszczowa commune, rural area, plot no. 646 (district 0013). The scope of work includes rooms located on the ground floor and first floor of the building. The reconstruction includes: 1) Ground floor: - division of rooms with construction of new door openings in non-load-bearing partition walls in newly built rooms - demolition of partition walls separating rooms - bricking up the opening between rooms - creating a boiler room, constructing a system chimney with accompanying works (construction of passages through the ceiling and roof, etc.), ventilation of the room through the chimney ventilating. The heat source will be a biomass boiler with a capacity of 50 kW. - creation of sanitary facilities 2) First floor - division of rooms with new door openings in non-load-bearing partition walls - bricking up the opening between rooms in the newly created room creation of sanitary facilities.
