SO 01 - Building C SO 02 - Valipini greenhouse and SO 03 - Revitalization of park areas The subject of the order is construction work within the premises of the Pruské Secondary School, concerning the reconstruction of building C, the construction of the Valipini greenhouse and the modification of the associated areas. PART 1: SA 01 - Building C The subject of this part of the contract is construction work on the object SO 01 - Building C, which includes: 1. Extension of the elevator The elevator shaft is designed as an extension to building C. The entrance to the elevator is from the interior corridor on each floor. There will be an elevator serve three stations The elevator must meet the requirements of barrier-free accessibility and relevant technical standards. 2. Extension of a classroom for repair and maintenance of agricultural machines The classroom is designed as one open space with a clear height of 3.2-3.75 m. There is access to the classroom solved by two opposite sectional gates, two single-wing doors next to the gates, a double-wing door connecting the classroom with the existing building C. There is access to the vegetation roof of the classroom from the winter garden on the 2nd floor of building C. 3. Social facilities 1. NP - Provision of social facilities for boys remains preserved. In the part of the washrooms, the number of sinks is changing, the relocation of shower stalls, the creation of a barrier-free toilet for the immobile. The sink room (cleaner) remains unchanged. 2nd NP and 3rd NP- The layout of the social facilities, washrooms and cleaning room remains unchanged. 4.
