Modernization of the village community center in the town of Jednoczewo1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the modernization of bathrooms and the expansion of the internal gas installation in the building of the village community center in Jednoczewo, carried out as part of tasks titled: Modernization of the village community center in the town of Jednoczewo.2. The scope of construction works includes, among others, CZ I Renovation and modernization of bathrooms in the village community center, which is financed from the "Creative Village Village Renewal Program of the Podlaskie Voivodeship" and budget of the oma commune. The scope of works includes: a) demolition works, b) bricklaying, plastering, c) puttying, painting, d) construction of a suspended ceiling, e) flooring works, f) purchase and installation of door joinery, g) water and sewage installation works sanitary, h) electrical installation works, i) installation of sanitary facilities and equipment, j) carrying out tests, tests and commissioning of the installation.
