Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task entitled: "Modernization of the village hall in Chyyny, Latowicz commune. The scope of work includes construction and assembly works based on the attached bill of quantities and description of the works. The tender does not include includes the implementation of the scope of the bill of quantities in item 6, 7, 8, 11, 21, 29, and from pos. 43 to pos. 57. The Contractor, on behalf of and on behalf of the Ordering Party, will complete the task in accordance with the applicable construction law provisions. The Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to take it into account requirements regarding accessibility for disabled people at the facility after its completion for all users, in accordance with Art. 100 paragraph 1 of the Act2. The Employer will remove rubble and other dismantled materials from the construction site on its own in accordance with the provisions of the Waste Act.3.
