Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task entitled: "Modernization of the village community center in Chyyny, Latowicz commune. The scope of work includes construction and assembly works based on the attached bill of quantities and description of the works. The contractor in on behalf of and on behalf of the Ordering Party will complete the task in accordance with the applicable construction law. The Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to take into account the requirements regarding accessibility for disabled people at the facility after its completion for the intended purpose. for all users, in accordance with Art. 100 section 1 of the Act2. The contractor should organize the removal of rubble and other dismantled materials from the construction site on his own in accordance with the provisions of the Waste Act.3. The Ordering Party allows that at the stage of submitting the offer i when implementing the task, the Contractor will use solutions equivalent to those described. A contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the ordering party is obliged to demonstrate in his offer that the supplies, services or construction works he offers meet requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
