1 The subject of the proceedings is the task entitled: Modernization of the building of a village community center in the town of Raised, including: a) Stage I - construction of an internal low-pressure gas installation for central heating and hot water, - central heating installation (radiators in multi-purpose room, flooring in the remaining part of the building, including the purchase of a gas boiler), - installation of air conditioners (in the multi-purpose room), - construction of a ventilation system, - works on water and sewage installations, - adaptation of bathrooms to the needs of disabled people. b) Stage II Facade works and adaptation of entrances: - reconstruction of window and door openings, - installation of external joinery (including non-threshold entrance doors), - fire-resistant insulation of the wall with mineral wool, - refreshing and painting the facade. Reconstruction and modernization of sanitary facilities: - construction of sanitary installations, - construction of partition walls using plasterboard technology, - construction of insulated floors - construction of toilets.
