The subject of the order is the modernization of utility rooms in the Public Primary School in Witeradów - stage II. The scope of the order includes: - expansion of the entrance in terms of foundations, foundation walls, reconstruction of walls, superstructure of walls (raising the roof) over the part of the descent acc. to drawing PT2 in the design documentation and description regarding the expanded entrance, - construction of a reinforced concrete ceiling over the new, expanded new entrance and exit according to drawing PT.6, - thermal and moisture insulation performed foundation walls of the expanded entrance and superstructure according to drawing PT 3 in the design documentation and description regarding the expanded entrance, - construction of a staircase descent in a reinforced concrete structure to the adapted rooms according to drawing PT.5 and description in the documentation design, - delivery and installation of steel beams (lintels N1, N2, N4, N5) in external and internal walls according to drawing PT 4 of the design documentation, - partial demolition of internal walls after placing beams - lintels, - demolition of the existing floor in adapted rooms, - insulation made of PE foil on a compacted base. 0.5 mmm and concrete base concrete class C 12/15 minimum...
