In part 1, the subject of the order includes the modernization of the toilet located in Jordan Park (from Ingardena Street), plot no. 182/4, corner 12 of Krowodrza. Construction works will be performed on the basis of a construction design commissioned by the Krakow Municipality and on the basis of based on the Decision on the execution of construction works No. 66/6740.2/2026 of February 9, 2026, case number AU-01-2.6740.2.383.2025.MMN, approving the land development design and the architectural and construction design and the municipal permit No. 1353/2025 Conservator of Monuments to carry out construction works on the monument entered in the register of monuments of December 17, 2025. case number AM-05.4125.1.53.2025.AWM. The Ordering Party described the subject of the order in detail using the following documents: Description of the Subject of the Order together with the annexes (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ) of the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ).
