Tender Details

The proceedings are conducted in an open tender, in accordance with art. 132

of the Act of 11 September 2019, the Public Procurement Law, later called

Act or PZP.

Modernization of tourist and cultural infrastructure in the municipality of Ogrodzieniec

1. The subject of the contract is:

1) delivery and assembly of a tent hall equipped with installations enabling the connection of lighting and portable heating devices, training in stationary form indicated by the Employer employees from the technique of assembly/disassembly and transport of the tent hall;

2) Delivery:

a) four factory new ones electric detached vehicles, including:

- 2 2-person vehicles with closed luggage,

- 1 23 passenger vehicle with a closed passenger cabin,

- 1 4 -person vehicle with an open passenger cabin,

b) gastronomic devices, tableware and kitchen accessories,

c) 2 mobile trailers gastronomic,

d) mobile trailer with toilets,

e) banquet furniture with accessories,

f) multimedia equipment with accessories,

g) delivery of two factory new sanitary containers (portable toilets);

3) execution of a gastronomic container in the form "Design and build" according to the attached Pfu;

4) execution of an external switchgear with a power installation in accordance with technical documentation.

2. A detailed description includes a description of the subject of the contract (Annex 1 to SWZ) as well as documentation and drawings constituting Annex 7 to SWZ.
