Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the modernization of terraces at the building of the Obek Complex in Piła No. 1.2. The subject of the order includes the execution of construction works based on design documentation for the construction industry, including, among others: works related to: - dismantling balustrades, - cutting off the cladding made of stoneware tiles, - tearing off the soffit of the terraces from the plaster layer with the facade mesh, - removing and disposing of demolition materials, - replacing a part of the wall insulation, - performing sheet metal flashings, - installing the slope layer and waterproofing of terraces, - pasting tape and sealing cord in the corners, - laying anti-slip stoneware tiles on terraces and stairs, - insulating the terrace soffit, - painting external plasters (terrace soffit and walls), - cleaning and painting window grills, - installing balustrades.3.
