Modernization of the telecommunications system The subject of the order is the modernization of the telecommunications system (based on AVAYA AURA version 10.01) installed at the Ordering Party and modernization to the latest version during the execution of the order and provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of technical and warranty service for the completed subject of the order in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the draft Agreement constituting ANNEX No. 3 to the SWZ. 1. The subject of the order is modernization telecommunications system (based on AVAYA AURA version 10.01) installed at the Ordering Party and modernization to the latest version during the execution of the order and the provision of technical service by the Contractor to the Ordering Party and warranty for the completed subject of the order in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the draft Agreement constituting ANNEX No. 3 to the SWZ. 2. The scope of the order includes the provision of technical service consisting of: 1) providing service-desk services, as part of which the Contractor will provide the opportunity to report errors and faults by telephone and e-mail, 2) restoring the device configuration to the same configuration as it was before the failure after removing the failure, 3) providing consulting services (e.g. assistance with configuration new services, expansion).
