Ladies and Gentlemen, on behalf of KOSD Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjne PP Spółka, I invite you to submit an offer for a comprehensive modernization of the technological system of the processing plant at the KOSD Rudawa location. The main goal of the task is to increase the overall efficiency of the plant and the flexibility of grit production in accordance with the scope below. Detailed Description of the Subject OrdersThe subject of the order is the development of the concept, delivery and mechanical assembly of devices along with all the necessary elements for their launch as part of the modernization of the plant and related construction works.Input assumptions and operational: Project goal: Modernization of the technological system in order to increase the overall efficiency of the plant: Option A: by 30 t/h Option B: by 50 t/h compared to the current state for each production variant. Increase in annual production: by over 100, 000 tons. Plant operating hours: Monday to Friday, 16 hours/day (2-shift system). Available connection power: 630 kW. Production variants: The installation must have flexibility allowing the production of chippings in two grain size variants...
