Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the modernization of air conditioning systems at PSE S.A. power stations. and ZKO Katowice in Package 5. 2) Detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Part II of the SWZ and Part IV of the SWZ. 3)Zgodnie z art. 101 paragraph 4 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described in the SWZ by means of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, if they allow it to be obtained features or parameters not worse than those mentioned. 4) Pursuant to Art. 101 section 5 of the Act, the Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the Ordering Party is obliged to prove in the offer that the proposed solutions are equivalent to meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order. 5) Pursuant to the provisions of Art. 95 and art. 438 of the Act in connection with Art. 134 section 2 point 14 of the Act, the Ordering Party does not impose any requirements related to the implementation of the order in terms of employment by A contractor or subcontractor based on an employment relationship of persons performing activities specified by the Ordering Party in the scope of contract execution, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code. 6) Names and codes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary: Master code: 42500000 -1; name: Cooling and ventilation devices. 7) The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with: - 12 mi...
