Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the modernization of technical infrastructure, including: 1.1. purchase and delivery of Equipment and provision of installation services consisting in the expansion of structured (fiber optic) cabling in the buildings of NBP Regional Branches; 1.2. delivery of Equipment and performance of installation services consisting in the modernization and reorganization of the distribution point in the NBP Headquarters building; 1.3. preparation of As-Built Documentation along with the transfer of copyrights to the Documentation As-built and dependent rights;1.4. granting by the Contractor a Warranty for the Equipment, including for the installation services performed.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order as well as the conditions and rules for the execution of the order are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 6 to the Specification of Terms and Conditions (SWZ).3. The Ordering Party allows, in relation to the subject of the order, to offer equivalent products.
